A FLOPPY SQUICKY BRAND NEW BED!!!!!!

Bought a bed from OK, never used it as it is for the spare bedroom. The previous night i slept on it, i woke up with a sore back and was very tired. The matress is floppy, the springs are poking and making sounds. The bed is less than 4 months old, from a trusted brand restonic. Please come take your bed and give me my money back.
