A ****ed off customer!

I bought a bed on the 28th of November 2021 at South Gate mall on the day I bought the bed I was told there is no stock in the shop but there is stock in the warehouse that's what I was told, a week had passed and I had not heard anything from the guy that helped me. So I gave him a call for him only to tell me that there is no stock and that he was busy with other customers that's why I didn't hear from him he then said I must give him time he will make a plan for me to get my bed on the 10th of December I went to the store to collect my money cause I told him I don't want the bed any more he then said to me no my bed will be delivered that day before 5pm and that they will pay the delivery fee because I had waited so long, I waited and no body came out I was called and told a lie about the tracks wheel got a punsher how convenient the next day I went to the store again and told them I want my money they told me they don't have money in store but will call me I got a call late on Sunday the 12th December to come fetch my money they called me at 12:20 knowing very well the store closes at 1pm and I will not be able to make it there in time, today I went there again the 18th of December and was told they still don't have my money I'm really tired of the bad service I'm receiving from OK furniture South Gate
