A consultant to treasure

<p>I have never been to a store in a township and received such beautiful service from a sales consultant. </p> <p>The fridge I needed to get was out of stock and limited stores had any left to spare. Glenda made sure I got what I wanted even though it took her 3days to get it and some guy asking her to offer me another fridge. Blatantly she refused and advised that I only want the Hisense fridge.</p> <p>After several phone calls to follow up and consultants at that branch telling me she is not working for the past two days, she called the day she got back to apologise for the inconvenience and deliver the good news.</p> <p>1) She made sure I felt wanted</p> <p>2) Glenda promised to make a plan (had she been unable to get the fridge I would be disappointed but satisfied with her service)</p> <p>3) She made sure to call and confirm if my mother was happy with the fridge, of which is ecstatic over. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is not everyday a fellow black woman treats customers with dignity, friendliness and efficiently. I plea that Glenda gets the recognition she deserves.</p>
