If I could give 0 stars I would, what a horrible service. The staff is *********** and there is no transparency, the fact that they tried to send me a tv that is on display without making me aware is another. It’s the lies for me on when to expect your delivery and you sit at home whole day for nothing and when you call they still have the decency to lie and say that they are on their way and keep on lying about the delivery and have you arrange for someone to be at home but still do not deliver. They do not even bother to let you know what is going on you have to call them and chase the whole time. I asked to cancel and they still have the decency to ask me to be in store when I have travelled and they say I will only be able to cancel when I came back which is after five months and bear in mind this is on account and on debit order and they might be debiting while I’m still away and not able to go in store which will affect my credit score…. I regret setting foot in that store
