A Bed I Bought On Black Friday, Still Waiting Till Today

I bought a bed on the black friday special as at November the 23rd and it was out of stock but apparently we could place orders and will be called as soon as the order was received by the branch. The consultant who assisted me called on the 08/12/2018 to say the beds have arrived I can come collect, when I called them back again to arrange for collection they said no it was a mistake they didnt receive the beds in full I should continue waiting. I called them back on the the 17th December to find out how far my order is, since it was almost holiday time and the guy promised to get back to me by the 20th. And here we are in 2019 still no feedback, bed was bought at OK Furniture Stellenbosch, by Eikestad mall. I am livid because must I now always follow up on a product I bought cash the whole time with no service just excuse.
