9 month wait - No cellphone

I have been waiting on an insurance claim for a mobile phone for the past 10 months.<br> I have been calling their claims department with no luck since Jan 2015.<br> My phone was bought at OK Middestad B/ville. <br> I've been talking to Vernon Pillay at the claims department, but instead of being helpful his been insulting.
