8 days my phone not even collected for repair

I bought an iPhone 12 at Ok Furniture harrismith branch in July 28 2026 .after 3 weeks top speaker stopped working. No crack no damage.

I took it back last week Tuesday 2 September for warranty fix ***.

Today 9 September I went back and phone was still at the shop . Not even collected for repair 8 days wasted.No one called me. No lowland phone given . Now I have no phone to use.

I am veer hurt and disappointed. *** is not helping.

I want my phone fixed urgently within 48 hours.
