3rd grade of poor sevice at OK STORE MATATIEL

My daughter went to Ok furniture in Matatiel, she bought a bed for R4000 with her bank card. She was shocked after the transaction that the bed is not available and she had to bring an ID for back pay. Remember she didn't have it with her. She stayed for more than 2hours in the shop requesting the back pay. Eventually after 2 hours she got cash back. She was very stressed and taken an advantage for her age. Very poor service from the store... Including the manager, Infact OK STORES AT LARGE..
