30 days later, I have not received the stock of my purchase that is fully paid

I purchased couches on the 25 August 2017 from OK Mitchell's Plain, the other couch was faulty and had to be taken to repairs on that day but till today I'm fighting with the store to get what I paid for. The store policy on repairs is 21 days, asked them if they can not provide me with the service I want my money back. The store Manager promised to contact me on the 26-09-17 but no contact made. I'm very disappointed and angry about the pathetic service, Ian the sales consultant has not contacted me till today.
