152cm Earthzone Pillow Bed

Greetings.

I purchased bed in your store on the 11th of January 2016 for R6499. The bed is caving in and has a squeaky noise coming from the base.

Upon realizing this I contacted OK Furniture Randfontein in the beginning of March this year to try and get the matter resolved. I was given a run around to date until I spoke to Restonic Sa.

According to Restonic, OK Randfontein did not log a complaint with them.

I have attached receipts for your convenience.

I want a new bed or my money back, end of discussion.
