Ok furniture in kathu has refused to refund me after buying a Trolley Speaker that never worked and when i took it back they told me they are going to repair the speaker for me. And they have a 7 days return policy of money back. Their Manager Jaco Botha is very rude i wonder does he know what customer service is.
