BAD Service and delivery Theft

you have a serious problem with your store in wynburg cape town Please address this with urgency.

I bought a couch from there and was at first reluctant as the sales lady had just been scold by a previous customer in full view of everyone.

I now realise that sure the customer was right looking back cause the after sale service i had received from that Wynburg store is putrid.There was a continuous back and forth of no one knowing about a scheduled delivery.

not only that we suspect that the delivery guys had ****** my fiance 2 bracelets and we called the store manager to question them. and she made us feel as if we the ones lying and accusing them of theft.

I bought a dam R7000 rand couch from you and why would i approach you store to ask you to confront your delivery team if they were only ones in the house between Wednesday and Friday morning when she noticed it missing

the principal of the matter is at least get answer from them as this is of sentimental value.

and done make us feel like we just want to get money out this.

Theft in any form is wrong and should be delt with.

I do expect however some form of resolution
