Very very bad service and lack of customer service.
My wife and I went to visit the OK furniture in Wynberg after being convinced that we would be sorted out we then went to the store to apply then the agent Thandi did the application and promised us that everything is sorted and that we must just get the last baking details which we did to seal the deal and we were promised a no deposit deal its now Tues the 08/09/2026 now they saying we must make a deposit because head office said so but we were not told this in store further more we were thinking of a TV when we were promised we decided to take out TV license and paid for it but now its for nothing I want OK Furniture head office to either make the consultant pay the deposit as she was the one that promised us no deposit and I will take things further the National Consumer of South Africa and i will go viral everywhere with OK Wynberg and the supervisor as well named Aisha not sure if I got the spelling correct my with is stressed out as the the other part of the stuff we needed was for our kids 1 for a bday present and the other 2 was for our boys that has been working hard at school.

TRASH TRASH TRASH !!!!!!!!!
To prove that they are ****** ****mers who sell trash and low quality goods , no one is even handling their hellopeter pages ….they don’t care about customer retention -none whatsoever….they sold me a fridge that worked only for 4 months , I have been requesting feedback from the Bluedowns store-again , another failure-i paid cash I don’t owe them anything ….they know they are using cheap **** suppliers …..you have to call in yourself to recieve feedback….i am told a technician will reach out and it’s been days approaching a month…if I had read these reviews-I wouldn’t have given my money to OK furnitures they are TRASH!!!! Tell your bluedowns store i want my money back and this is just the beginning

BAD Service and delivery Theft
you have a serious problem with your store in wynburg cape town Please address this with urgency. I bought a couch from there and was at first reluctant as the sales lady had just been scold by a previous customer in full view of everyone. I now realise that sure the customer was right looking back cause the after sale service i had received from that Wynburg store is putrid.There was a continuous back and forth of no one knowing about a scheduled delivery. not only that we suspect that the delivery guys had ****** my fiance 2 bracelets and we called the store manager to question them. and she made us feel as if we the ones lying and accusing them of theft. I bought a dam R7000 rand couch from you and why would i approach you store to ask you to confront your delivery team if they were only ones in the house between Wednesday and Friday morning when she noticed it missing the principal of the matter is at least get answer from them as this is of sentimental value. and done make us feel like we just want to get money out this. Theft in any form is wrong and should be delt with. I do expect however some form of resolution
