Poor Customer Service

took a laptop which i was told is covered my warranty for everything repair/replacement needed but now im told my warranty doesnt cover certain things which wasnt mentioned during the sale now when i ask for assistance in resolving the issue im giving half baked answers no communication and poor Assistance from personell telling me i need to pay since its not covered oncthe warranty plan yet when buying they did not mention any of that to me.now when i seek help they all dragging feet and gaslighting me.you will only Get excellent service during a sale once u experience issues they give the worst assistance
