Three piece couches

My husband bought couches mid September. In the last week of September I discovered there's two legs missing from the one couch and the smaller couch has a torn in. My husband and I went to the shop to lay the complain. They said to us we must send and email. I send the email on the 01st October and till today nothing was done. OK furniture just say, there supplier don't have stock ,they waiting on stock to exchange. Please help this is not on, we even said to them to collect there couches, we will then purchase other couches from another store.
