Don’t buy furniture from Ok !!!!!!BE WARNED !!!!!! It’s not a good investment!!!!
To prove that they are ****** ****mers who sell trash and low quality goods , no one is even handling their hellopeter pages ….they don’t care about customer retention -none whatsoever….they sold me a fridge that worked only for 4 months , I have been requesting feedback from the Bluedowns store-again , another failure-i paid cash I don’t owe them anything ….they know they are using cheap **** suppliers …..you have to call in yourself to recieve feedback….i am told a technician will reach out and it’s been days approaching a month…if I had read these reviews-I wouldn’t have given my money to OK furnitures they are TRASH!!!! Bluedowns Branch must just return my money -they failed to provide me with the goods

Bed and Wardrobe Fails from OK Belhar
I bought a wardrobe from OK it had to be changed twice, at first it came chipped on the front door, 2nd time the doors were not aligned which makes the wardrobe not easy to close. When I was busy reporting that, I noticed that a bed that I took from them on credit the mattress is making so much noise when you sleep or sit on it, mind you the bed is only 7 months old and I live alone. I took it in December 2025😭 and already the noise is unbearable. I would never ever take/ buy anything from this furniture shop again. I can’t wait to close my account with them.

Bed and Wardrobe Fails from OK Belhar

Three piece couches
My husband bought couches mid September. In the last week of September I discovered there's two legs missing from the one couch and the smaller couch has a torn in. My husband and I went to the shop to lay the complain. They said to us we must send and email. I send the email on the 01st October and till today nothing was done. OK furniture just say, there supplier don't have stock ,they waiting on stock to exchange. Please help this is not on, we even said to them to collect there couches, we will then purchase other couches from another store.
