Very disapointed customer

Hello Peter With a sad heart i would like to lodge a complaint against OK Foods in Danielskuil in the Nother Cape today. As there is such poor customer service and very unruley behaviour from certain staff members. Theres a lady working there by the name of Charmaine, to my understanding she is a floor manager there. She has no idea of how to work with clients as she is extremely rude to clients. She has no idea how to work with the employees as i have personally witnessed how she shouts at the employees and swears at them using very bad langues, like calling some of the employees the 'P' word.

This is very unexceptable and very poor customer service. Something needs to be done about this ASAP. Hope this issued can be solved very soon. Very dissapointed customer.
