OK MINI MARKET the wynne i had a terrible service don't get me wrong not with cashiers but MANANGER …the baking products was on special i took them went to the cashier asked the cashier to confirm for me if the special is still valid she asked her mananger and whne the mananger came he said "next time READ …shouting and rudly so i wont visit the store again and wish everyone who is illiterate to not visit the store Take note the store is for people who READ and dont confirm if special is valid i was ao heartbroken out of words the cashier even apologised and said so sorry about that 💔💔💔

Ok Secunda Silkaatzkop selling out of stock you will go there 1st thing in the morning of the special they will either say it's out of stock or they are waiting for stock.I have been looking for airwaves gums which I on special since lastweek nothing.

bad smell in OK Foods Fridges
Please go check out the OK Foods store in Maitland, Cape Town. i have been into the store a couple of times and their fridges smell like relay bad. it almost like dead insects especially by the water section. this is really disgusting. i have mentioned it to the staff member on the floor today at around 12:35 and gave me some attitude not to approach her. Who must i then report this to? i will never ever set foot into that store agian.

Poor Service
Ok Foods - Onrus The staff is very friendly and helpful and I have been going there for 5years but the change of staff recently has caused the quality of the food and service to go down. The chicken soup so much pepper I could not eat it because I have ulcers. The sunday lunch they just fill up the containers with no asking how much you want I could of fed 3 people from one container. Then to top it all the tellers put the containers sideways not flat and everything falls out and everything is mixed so disgusting. Prices are not on items causing you to wait at the tills, food is not checked for expiry dates. Too much boxes in the ques I fell over them trying to get to the milk. I just get looked at and he/she just shook their head as if its my fault. I would like to know what is going on in that store??? and why is management or the owners not trying the soup and food themselves. This past sunday roast my whole family was sick with gastro. The trifle was disgusting something in the cream I cant figure out what but I threw it away. Such a disappointment after years of good food and service. Just a note to Management or Owners: Try the food yourself before you serve it to the public.

Great service at OK Foods Pennington
I would like to thanks and acknowledge the friendly and honest service from Sihlengwa Jiji at the Pennington branch. He is always ready to assist with a smile and a chat. Recently I forgot my credit card in the machine and left the store. I was contacted later by him and I fetched the card two days later.
