Utterly disgusted

Ok Mini Mark Hugo Street

Walked in and went to fridge to start my journey in store getting 2L Mountain Dew and work my way to deli side and was going to purchase over R1000 worth of goods

However what an awful experience I witnessed where one of your employees treating a customer like words cant describe it but to put it in layman’s terms like ****, how dare you treat a customer like this

The employee in question was not dressed accordingly and wanting to force a customer ( as he is informing employee that he has been doing shopping from you for over ten months ) to take off helmet and whatever

I saw the way the employee was treating the customer and me being a biker myself never ever experienced anything like this on how this customer was being treated

Clearly this employee of you in OK Mini Mark Hugo Street is not fit to work in retail because they were running on an Eggo trip tryjng to intimidate and bullying customer

Pull the footage it took place around 20:30-20:45

I gave over the Mountain Dew to this employee and told them I will not support them at all because this is not how you treat a customer

I do not like bullies and this was a person that was trying to bully a customer

Utterly disgusted to the core

There is no sign showing you cant come in with a helmet nothing like that in store or outside of store as you enter

I am long term resident of Monte Vista Goodwood, Parow area and this is unacceptable

How are you going to build my faith and support for OK Mini Mark Hugo Street

To Ok Foods / Mini Mark whatever entity you are of Shoprite Group just letting you to not repsond to me in condescending manner

This matter needs to handled with care
