Unfriendly service

Pathetic service. I came to this store this morning at 11:21 on 16/06/2019 to buy a Cell C whatsapp bundle. The lady named Delia still confirmed that it is the WhatsApp bundle I want. After getting the slip in a rush I used the "bundle". To realise on the end of the day it was only n R29 data bundle. I came back to the store spoke to the manager who clearly does not care about customers as he ignores a person. He said it is not his problem he cant help me. Now I'm not complaining about R29 that I waisted. I also know I used the data slip, but confirming what I want and still giving wrong product? And then the manager and staff member Delia refused to help me and said it is not their problem. It is the way they dont care. OK minimark corners Vasco blvd and Milton rd. Not Happy. Will never support OK again.
