Unfair employment according to race.

Good day i would like to enquire if the following is true or false. I have been giving my CV to OK Foods Sunnyridge Germiston for over 6 months in hope of getting employment as a cashier as I have experience in this. I've given my CV more than one time. I have been informed by another lady that when she asked for employment that they only give black people work. I did ask one of the managers about this and he said thats not true however they never give me a white lady a job and the only white people working there are poeple who's in authority there are no white cashier's, floor workers only those I'm authority are white people. I've been handing my c.v in many times only to see a new cashier a black person I dont understand why only those in authority may be white why not cashiers also? Ive tried finding an email where I can email my c.v but can't get one Please if someone could help with this as this is very unfair to black and white people alike.
