Unacceptable attitude and customer service at OK FOODS STILFONTEIN

I went to the store to buy Mortein crawling insect ****er. Came home to spray the spider I was afraid of only to realize that the spray cap is not working. I immediately went back to the shop and they were just closing. I explained to the security guard what was happening and he told me that I must come back tomorrow as they have to go home. I asked him to see the manager and him together with the cashiers told me that they won't call the manager because of the manager has a life and they also have a life so I must just go back home and come back tomorrow they didn't ask me to come to the store at that time to buy. I asked them, DOi have any control of when the spider appear? And what was the main reason why the shop close late if I'm only allowed to shop during the day? They said that doesn't concern them I must just come back tomorrow and deal with my phobia at home. I am very very disappointed, angry and frustrated at what occurred and I would like the manager to deal with this situation and come back to me with feedback.
