Good day.
4 weeks ago I went to OK Foods here in Vanderbijlpark like I always do every day to buy my daily groceries. I was stopped at the door just to be informed that I can't enter cause my face mask does not meet their standard. ( One of those full masks that fit around ones neck ). That was done Infront of other people.
I went to Spar to do my shopping. When I arrived home I send the complaint to the OK website. No feedback at all till today. I then send another mail to them (about 2 weeks ago) and still no feedback.
Yesterday after I stopped at the gas station I drove passed the same OK Food store,just to see that a non white man entered the store with the same mask they stopped me. Is it a racial thing now? There was no signage that say I am not allowed with that mask.
I will never go back to that or ANY OK Food store.

Yes one must take the Covid -19 protocol very seriously,but why does it only count for one 'race' and not all? That is my question and why isn't there ANY signage that state which masks are allowed and not? My mask covered everything as per requested by all,but now I must only wear a specific mask because OK wants that specific one. I DONT wear masks with those elastics around the ear because of person's reasons,but my current mask don't break ANY law.

Received a call this morning from OK Foods. After a long discussion we agreed to the way forward.
