Thrown out of store for writing down prices

We live in struisbaai and have used the ok foods for ods and ends like bead and so on, other than difrence in price when we get to the till that is kind of annoying its good. I sent my son to get some prices with a pen and little book for some recipes that he wanted to cook. During his time in the shop he was being watched by an employee and the employee approached my son and said that's not a good idea "the manager is not going to like you doing that". At witch my son apologized and said he will just get what he came for and leav. 2 minutes later the employee brings the manager who then tells my son that "you can't do that in this store" and asks to see the list. My son shows him the list and he says it's ok. So my son continues to jot down some prices for the food he wants to buy on his budget. 5 minutes later the manager returned and tells my son to please leav the store so my son buys what he came for and then leaves. Never in my life have seen anyone thrown out of a grocery store for joting down prices to suit there budget. What are you hiding OK? Needless to say judging by OK foods hello peter reviews I will no longer be using the store to buy anything at all.
