The owner of OK colombine is so rude

The manager or owner was so rude. I was made to wait while the staff was checking the price because the item could not be scanned. When they came back the price was more than what was on the shelf and me and the cashier went to the shelf so that I could show her. When she realized what was going on she called the supervisor. While I was explaining this guy came and ask the supervisor what was going on. We both ignored her and I continued explaining. He looked at me like I have ****** his favorite toy and walk away. I didn't expect to be treated that way. So I left the naartjies and told them that they have lost a customer. The supervisor apologized. I have been shopping from this place since I moved to Mondeor (more than a decade) but it was pick N pay then and I have not experienced this. The staff, management and owners were always polite.
