Staff does not give a #@#&

Walked in at 7pm. All staff sitting in customer eating are. Order monster burger special in beef. Staff tells me its gona take over half an hour to make cause the meat is frozen I can change to chicken its quicker. So I change and wait till 7:30 anyway and the order is all wrong. They made express burger. Send it back and speak to Derick that is also clueless. Wait another 20 min and the one patty is burned now. Get to to till and they try to overcharge me cause the speacial is not on the system. Ask for manager or owner they all home.
