Specials not received

We have been having serious problems in this store when it comes to specials! There are always items listed and advertised that just never reaches the store but once the specials expire the very next day the items is staked on the shelves especially dog food. Since our specials started started for the last week in March 2015 until the 6th of April there were no dog food or margarine as advertised in this store when you ask about these items the Manager known as Jarred becomes very rude. Our bakery in this store is non existent. This store is a huge disappointment to the other OK Grocery stores advertised on Tv. Many people have been complaining about this problem but nothing comes from it. We are desperate!
