Simply the best!!

Talk about swift reaction and caring.... OK Strand is a name to to remember!! On Saturday 24 October 2020, my girlfriend who is 6 months pregnant, did some grocery shopping and with that, 3 ******* tried to pickpocket her. Immediately my girlfriend realized her phone was not in her purse and rushed to the security and staff to report this. Without thinking twice, the manager and staff reacted, checked the camera footage and had her cellphone recovered. Turns out the ******* got scared as staff memebers and management was patrolling the floor.

If this isn't enough, the owner got in contact with her immediately and apologized for the inconvenience and asked if she was OK as this was the first time something like this happened in his store.

To Management, owner and staff, I truly thank you for your fast response andnfor handling this situation in a professional manner.
