Rude Staff Member at OK Food Phumula

I had a Terrible Experience at OK Food Phumula Roodekop, that I felt it needs to be addressed.I was served by an old Lady by the Butcher, I checked the Name tag to get her name but I think she did not have it at that time, Ok to cut the story short... I went there to weigh Chicken Portions and to get some few Items . I stood by the Butcher Counter for about 10 to 15 Minutes before I was served, which I felt very Unprofessional. While I was still there trying to look for someone to Assist on the floor. she came with an unpleasant Attitude, she did not even Greet nor Apologize about the long wait. All she did was to stood there and stare at me.. I mean like realy... I tried to Express how I feel about waiting for so long and her Unprofessional Behavior and I was told to go speak to the Store Manager and she started to back chat and gets irritated. All am trying to say is that back and forth between me and her was unnecessary she should have greet, Apologies and serve, I am Human I understand Life Happens. I would have understood that she was probably busy with something or maybe not noticed that there's Client waiting. but no she felt a need to continue giving me an attitude and being rude. Her Customer service is Extremely Poor she needs more training.
