Rotten meat

We purchased beef sirloin at this branch on the 3rd of January 2016, when we opened the meat package it smelt bad. I returned to the shop and complained about the bad smell, the manager told me that it was matured and that there was nothing wrong with the meat. No offer to take the meat package back and no apology was offered! Shocking!!!!
