Rotten Food and Pork used cooking oil
The service in this store it's not good at all, for example in the morning you will go to their store to buy breakfast but u will find that nothing was prepared, secondly they are using pork used cooking oil and which of some of us don't eat pork, 3rd ystday i went de to buy cooked chicken just to find out it was already off/ rotten i got sick da entire day even now am still weak i have to go and see the Dr and once they can find a food poison i will sue them, i was vomiting, stomach cramp and itching.. that OK at Middestad Mall it needs food inspection serious we can't go on like this... and is not the first time experiencing something like this.. they want to **** us it's a big NO!!!!!

We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to delivering expired food products to our customers.
This is why all OK Stores follow a strict food rotation policy, as it is an important factor taken into consideration when we order our stock, stock our shelves, organize our stores and reduce our losses.
Please accept our sincere apology for the chicken bought at OK Foods Middestad Mall.
We want to assure our customers that measures have already been put in place to prevent a recurrence and to ensure that our stringent food rotation procedures are always adhered to.
