Rotten cauliflowers

I went to OK foods in Mafikeng and I was buying veggies as I do catering and I buy from them all the time.i found them displayed rotten cauliflowers .I requested to see the manager to show them that their cauliflowers are rotten and should be removed from the shelves and to my surprise I was so disappointed thinking that maybe it's workers fault and he's was not aware of that as a manager. He told me that there is nothing wrong with those cauliflowers if i don't want them I should return them to the shelves.i was very disappointed with that treatment especially from the owner of the shop as he was very proud of selling rotten veggies in such a big brand shop.
