Refund Airtime

<p>Hello i recently went to a Ok Minimark in blouberg to purchase airtime i purchased 300 of telkom data to top up my LTE contract with telkom, in the process of applying the voucher it would not load i phoned telkom and was told it was not possible to top up using a voucher so i asked them what do i do now they told me i must go back to the store to get a refund, so i went back to the store and asked for my money back and was told sorry we cant help you end of story anyy help??</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards Chris</p>
