Price fixing

On the 24th April I went to buy my daughter fruits at OK Foods in secunda. I bought g****s for R25. 99, I noticed there were 2 price labels on the package and I suspected it could be the store just pro longing the shelve life of the product. I looked at the situation (they looked fresh and I desperately needed the g****s) I didn't see any signs of rotten g****s inside and considering the current situation (Covid-19 lockdown) there is no time to complain about the quality. So I paid R25. 99. Halfway through the product I got skeptical and decided to peal the top label only to realize it's had nothing with prolonging the item shelf life but its price fixing. The price underneath was R23. 99. How can they take advantage of the Covid-19 pandemic and increase prices?

I believe in the brand and their products but it is very sad to be a victim of such circumstances when we all taking a strain during this pandemic time.

I am disappointed honestly
