Poor Service

I came to sign my contract at Knysna OK Stores to my surprise there was no to print the contract. My Sales Advisor literally went out the store to look for Ava who currently is the only one who has access to printing contracts at this point. Fortunately the Sales Consultant found her. Ava printed the contract and out she went knowing very well that she needs to sign off the package before it's released. I'm done signing the contract (mind you I'm on lunch). I've paid the deposit and all now she's nowhere to be found and I can't leave the store with my package. This is so annoying. Poor service delivery I've ever came across with. How do you gallavant around fully aware that a customer is waiting..
