Poor Service

Ok Foods - Onrus The staff is very friendly and helpful and I have been going there for 5years but the change of staff recently has caused the quality of the food and service to go down.

The chicken soup so much pepper I could not eat it because I have ulcers. The sunday lunch they just fill up the containers with no asking how much you want I could of fed 3 people from one container. Then to top it all the tellers put the containers sideways not flat and everything falls out and everything is mixed so disgusting.

Prices are not on items causing you to wait at the tills, food is not checked for expiry dates.

Too much boxes in the ques I fell over them trying to get to the milk. I just get looked at and he/she just shook their head as if its my fault.

I would like to know what is going on in that store??? and why is management or the owners not trying the soup and food themselves.

This past sunday roast my whole family was sick with gastro. The trifle was disgusting something in the cream I cant figure out what but I threw it away. Such a disappointment after years of good food and service.

Just a note to Management or Owners: Try the food yourself before you serve it to the public.
