Poor planning and bad service

Went to the store to purchase a special that ends today. Only to find out there is no stock asked for the store manager Trudie Barnarnd explained that I here for the special and told her I believe they are out of stock if I could leave my number with her to collect the goods on sale price when their stock arrives. Her response unfortunately not, stock arriving tomorrow will be sold at old price.....really....very poor planning for OK side dont advertise thing if customers can't buy them. My last time at this store or any other Ok for that matter.
