please kindly help me help the store to improve

I approached the store manager to inquire what the store policy/rules are regarding customers who enter the store in their sleepware and in some instances it is so dirty and they would be touching the freshly baked bread pressing/squeezing and putting it back until they get the one they are happy with whilst we have to buy the very same 🍞,to my surprise was the managers response that there's nothing that they can do to prevent customers to access the shop because they will be chasing away their customersthey can only make sure they don't touch the 🍞 we ended up going somewhere else to get something to eat in disbelief and disapointed,though I like doing my shopping at the store its convenient and clean their services are good,friendly staff from the security they welcome you with a smile,the cashiers each and every one has an open friendly attitude
