Pathetic customer service from ok shallcross
Ok food store in shallcross is the most terrible store to shop at. Everyone from cashiers to till packers and especially the manager Vijay are pathetic and should not be in retail. They have no customer service and embarrassed me in front of alot of people today.I'm actually in tears because I was so embarrassed . And it's not the first time. Vijay being a manager should find another job where she doesn't require customer service,she is rude and has no interest in the customer. What am awful woman. Absolutely pathetic behavior and and disgusting service.. I will not go back there and I will be sure to tell as many others not to either.
