Pathetic Cashiers at Ok MINIMARK, Pietermaritzburg.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE: I visited the Ok MINIMARK Store in College Road , Pietermaritzburg on 13/07/2020. The cashier Nonjabulo was more interested in jiving to the music that is played aloud on the speaker at the store. She attempted to use the card machine 3 times while making me wait and not even letting me know what is going on and all this time shaking her head to the music , when I questioned her is the music more important than helping the customer she responds with “OH YOU THINK SO!” I eventually asked for the manager to help , he apologized and sorted the problem out . I again visited the store in the afternoon and LOW AND BEHOLD , when the same cashier saw me she started dancing to the music in total defiance. I therefore complained to a lady by the name of Allison yesterday (14/07) as I felt the cashier Should not behave in such a manner with total disregard to customer service especially at a franchise store. Allison assured me I will get a response from higher authority but unfortunately I haven’t yet gotten a response. Perhaps customer care is not a priority at this store and the cashiers and can do as they please .
