Paid more for a item that is on special!!!

So today I received a specials on whatsapp from OK Stilfontein whatsapp line that Hinds spices is on special except for the ****** spice. Me and my kids drove to buy groceries and black pepper spice. I came to the till and paid R26. 99. I went to the manager and took him to the shelve where the special sticker also is and underneath it the normal price of R21.99. He took a few of the boxes and after a while told me that all the spices is on special except for the black pepper one. I told him that this is not my fault if the specials is incorrect. The special say ALL Hinds spices except for that ****** one.

Clearly i didnt want to came to this point but this is totaaly unacceptable because how many people is paying more for a thing that is advertised as a special and even the shelf price is incorrect. I have picture of my slip as well as the special price and i will keep on showing this until i get a answer.

I even went so for and google Black Pepper to make sure if it is indeed a spice.... guess what. It the most well known spice.
