Paid for Fresh milk and got rotten milk instead.

I so dissatisfied with my purchase at OK Express 1 Oude Pont Str Wellington Industria. ***. We made an emergency stop to get some fresh milk,and a few goods. To our dismay the milk was off. This after we are sure about the best before date,which are displayed as 19 September 2023.This outlet is about 20 km from my home,which means,it will cost me more to get a replacement lt of milk. It is sad that franchises are so careless in making sure their products are stored correctly. I would love to know what this shop will do to make sure a customer gets a quality product, for what they paid for. The time of sale was:15:16:24 ,on Sunday 17 September 2023.
