Owner refuses to sell newspapers

<p>On 04 May 2017, 7:11am, I stopped at Belvedere Road OK Minimark, to purchase 10 newspapers. I needed 10 and did not really care which newspapers I bought. I selected 10 newspapers from a pile that had over twenty. When I got to the till to pay the owner informed me that he can only sell 6 to me. I asked why. He told me that he has customers that also wants to buy newspapers. So I said fine, no problem, I will take four others then. He said that I was not allowed to and that it would depend on whether he allows me to buy those newspapers or not. I walked out of the shop when I clarified: "So, you are refusing to sell me newspapers?" and he responded "Yes, I am".</p> <p>Well, I am disgusted in this whole experience. Firstly, I am also a customer. Secondly, nowhere in the store does it state that you are only allowed to buy 6 newspapers in total at any given time. He is a rude man and I will never stop and shop there again. I have been a regular shopper there for over FIVE years.</p>
