Old Produce Plus ****** Money

<p>My hubby visited the OK Minimark branch in Thornton Road, Athlone (CPT) on Wednesday 26th May 2017 at about 9pm the evening, wanting to buy a cake for our guests. At the time, the service was terrible, nobody could assist him, eventually he made a purchase of a chocolate mousse cake costing R52.99. When he got home, the cake was stale, mouldly and very old!!! I was furious. The very next day I returned the cake, and because he purchased with his debit card, this was required to do the refund. The manager, Ismail, then instructed the cashier to process a refund, it took her a while, but eventually I received my slip to show the transaction. But alas, to this very day, the cash has not reflected in my hubbys account. I then went back to the store, Ismail said he cannot find the work for the day (how was that possible) and that he will follow up and contact me!! Up until today....NOTHING, no response, no cash and even though it is just a R53, I am demanding my cash after the pathetic service I have received from the store...</p>
