OK Sugarhill Tzaneen

You know i only used to hear people complain about the customer service from OK SUGARHILL in Tzaneen from white employees and staff but I had never came across anything until today.

So today me and my friend did our normal routine when we got to OK Sugarhill Tzaneen some white lady found us waiting in the queue and there was a white girl behind us and the worker decided to ask "Wat soek jy" and the lady behind answered.

Things escalated and she said she's going to call the manager because we refused to tell her our order, I don't know how because we never told her we speak Afrikaans but she expected us to answer her

So here's the BEST part the manager comes out and his like I just want to say this is not a RACIAL ISSUE and I'm sure everything that just happened today is a COINCIDENCE , in my I'm just thinking this guy literally defended that white worker not even knowing what HAPPENED.

And I'm so down right now not because of the fact that me nor my family will ever support OK SUGARHILL again but because I will miss the staff especially Sesi Khensani that lady used to make my mornings with her friendly welcomes
