Ok shop with bad service.

First things first, no one was present at the bakery/deli. I went to the lady at the till & she told me to call them at the back (totally UNACCEPTABLE). I then walked into the kitchen to get their attention. Then Today the lady at the till point advised me to get airtime at another till point (fine fair enough) i then stood there for a couple of minutes waiting, then i see the lady strolling. She first went to the office took a seat and then decided to take a stroll back to her till point (where i was). She then informs that the money market is offline. I asked her why couldn't the other lady tell me that, she then replies with \they don't work here". I just think that everyone should be informed with regards to matters like that. They are so slow and unprofessional. This is the third time I am having an issue with regards to service at this specific shop! """
