Ok is not Ok

So I walk into the store and purchase what I wanted. Then I swipe only for their machine to interrupt the transaction. Money got deducted and now that I had to make another payment I'm unable to purchase what I wanted until the order has been reversed. The attitude towards the matter is what actually ****ed me off and believe the store needs to make amends for their error.
