About a week ago My husband witnessed how expired meat was unpacked, treated with a salt-like substance and repacked with a brand new expiration date. Yesterday we bought frozen pork chops there that seemed to be fresh. When it started changing colour on the braai, the mould could clearly be seen. Don't they realize how dangerous these pratices are. People could get really sick.
