OK Giyani BAD SERVICE

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have made a money market deposit at Ok Giyani, everything went as per normal and I was given confirmation that my deposit went through. I went on to give all details to the reception who was later told upon going to withdraw the money at Shoprite Ndofaya Mall that the reference number given is declining because the system was offline. I went back to Ok to enquire and was told that indeed my deposit failed and communication would be sent to head office to correct it. It's been a week of me going back to the store using my own money and at my own means to follow up because no one from head office or the store itself has cared to update me on what is going on. The one manager I spoke to is Gladys who also isn't helping, she acts concerned when sewing me walk in but does nothing. I would like a refund of my money from OK and nothing to do with their services. </p> <p>NYELETI </p>
