OK FOODS SHALLCROSS DURBAN

On Friday 11th October I purchased a Cornish chicken from OK Foods Jamaica Shallcross around 3pm. Once I paid for the chicken ,I told the butchery counter hand to slice the chicken into pieces and clearly instructed him to put everything back into the tray. I arrived home around 6pm ,my wife immediately was suspicious with the weight of the package, on closer inspection, she noticed that pieces of the chicken was missing. I took the package to the store manager the following morning, she was very surprised and also noticed that pieces was missing. She instructed that counter hand to slice another chicken of the similar weight and size and it clearly was much heavier. To those consumers like myself that as little knowledge of these products, how many of them may have been swindle. In reality this particular store have been in a downward direction recently, very poorly managed including the bakery. This incident costed my time, fuel and delayed my trip that I was scheduled to take. To thoses consumers, that frequently purchas at this store be very careful on the quantity and quality of your purchases especially from the butchery
